The challenge on this unique brass coffee table was predominately the decision of what materials to use to create the organic effect of a water surface on metal to be floating all in one piece.

This design of the Goldwater Brass Coffee Table is an award-winning design which is inspired by the water of the ocean and manifested in a organic water-like brass surface. The luxurious texture combined with the unique shape still benefits of being functional and can be integrated with modern interior settings.

The brass surface is hand molded, soldered without any visible seams and metal formed to perfection. This creative coffee table is mantled in brass sheeting, artistically laid over a hand-carved wooden frame. The surface is organically wavy and shaped in a manner to be still functional. For example, a glass can sit on this table, the organic surface will make it stand on a light angle but not enough to tip over.

The award winning design idea for this table originated in 2016 in Los Angeles but never came around to actual prototype production until January of 2019. It was first introduced to the public by Scala Luxury in Los Angeles in June 2020.
